INGREDIENTS 

• 2 cups puffed rice ( muri )

• 1 onion ( finely chopped )

• 1 tomato  ( finely chopped )

• 1 cucumber ( finely chopped )

• 1-2 green chilies ( finely chopped )

• 1 boiled potato 

• ½ cup roasted peanuts

• 2 tbsp mustard oil 

• ½ tsp black salt 

• ½ tsp chaat masala

• ½ tsp red chili powder (as per taste)

• 1-2 tsp lemon juice

• fresh coriander leaves – chopped

• A few sev or fried chanachur ( optional, for crunches )


INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Ingredients

• All veggies, including the boiled potato, tomato, cucumber, green chilies, and onion, should be gathered and finely chopped. 

• Make certain that the puffed rice is fresh and crisp. If peanuts aren't already roasted, roast them.


Mix the Base

• Add the puffed rice to a large mixing bowl. Add the boiling potatoes, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chilies. Gently toss everything about.
